Natalie Pacitto

Natalie received her 200 hour certification after YTT at Sumits Hot Yoga in 2019. She has been practicing yoga since 2017 after meeting her bestie-to-be and fellow Roots teacher, Denise. It took a long time for

her to be convinced to try hot yoga, but she was hooked after one class. It completely changed the way she viewed athleticism, her body, and most importantly, the way she engaged in mindfulness and self-

care. Her favorite class to teach and practice is the 60-minute set sequence and feels that through the movement, breath, heat, music and intensity, you can be transformed.

She became an instructor as a means of better understanding and improving her own practice, but found in the process what a true gift it is to guide others through theirs. She is a therapist in her day job,

and discovered teaching yoga to be a natural extension of that work. She felt that if practicing yoga could aid in her sense of self-esteem, strength and connection with others…then she wanted to help

other students find that too!

When she is not working or practicing yoga, she is hanging out with friends and family and her golden retriever-Fox Mulder. She’s also a huge sci-fi nerd, so if you take her class you are guaranteed to hear

music from Star Wars!
