Jodi has acquired over 1,000 hours of yoga teacher training in various different styles including: Bikram, Jimmy Barkan, Forrest Yoga and Jean Pierre Marques. She has also continued to pursue learning through various workshops such as Shiva Rea, Baron Baptise, Paul Grilley, Seane Corn, Jason Crandell and various others.
Yoga has been a vital part of Jodi's daily life since 1998. She remains in awe of the transformative effects of a powerful and purposeful yoga practice.
As a teacher, her aim is connect students with breath, body and mind through intelligent and loving kindness. As a result, her teaching knowledge will bring a safe and effective alignment of asanas.
Jodi not only urgest students to connect better with themselves and their bodies, but to also connect with the wider community.
As a mother of two, and active in the yoga community, she brings the related skills of patience, persistence, gratitude and growth to her personal and teaching practice.
